The Mules: Time Out review of 'Polly-O/Misprint' 7".

Another herky-jerky kick in the nuts comes from Oxford's The Mules whose debut, 'Polly-O', is a clattering, ramshackle mix of shredded guitar, military drums, plinking piano and splenetic vocals. Neither quite post-punk, rockabilly nor skiffle, but wholly excellent.
