| Fireworks Night are, after years of revolving line-ups and two albums that feature many contributors and much instrument swappery, now a band in the traditional sense. There are six of them and if you go to a show they are what you will see. Rhiannon and Neil will bow elegantly and occasionally furiously at their violin and viola... Nick will coax tunes and beat rhythms on guitars, saws, banjos... Tim will have his head down, his eyes closed and his fingers will stride up and down his piano... Ed will give the whole thing roots and James will wail and croon over the top of it all... At times, everyone will sing. That's our favourite part, or at least one of them...
